- You must own and reside in the home you are submitting.
- Must be in the Dave Jones, Inc. service area. (Dane County, Sauk County, Columbia County, Dodge County, Jefferson County, Rock County, Green County, Iowa County)
- Must have a forced-air furnace.
- Must be over the age of 18.
- Have no immediate family members who work at Dave Jones, Inc. (parents/spouses/children)
