The Enclave is a 4-Story, 25 million dollar high-end apartment community located in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. We are proud to partner with Stevens Construction on this project which includes HVAC and Fire Protection. This 152 unit complex is located adjacent to Hawthorne Glen Park and within walking distance to the Menomonee River and downtown Wauwatosa. Ground breaking took place in May of 2011 and completion of the project is slated for later this winter for the West Building and summer of 2012 for the East Building. With an HVAC bid over one million dollars it wasn’t surprising that our projected man hours surpassed 9,000 hours to complete the HVAC project.
