We were proud to partner with Iconica to complete the plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection on this 119 guest room hotel located in Oak Creek, WI. Including the installation of a solar hot water heater. This new facility includes an executive board room, onsite laundry facilities, and an indoor pool with a whirlpool and a state of the art fitness center. This project was constructed simultaneously with the Candlewood Suites project.
