The 2009 Tim O’Brien Homes Parade of Homes Model was constructed with the utmost planning and preparation as it combined both plumbing and heating using a Geothermal closed loop system and a solar hot water system. This home was the winner of the Metropolitan Builder’s Association Grand Prize Award for being the most energy efficient well-built residential project of 2009. We installed a York Geothermal Heating/Cooling Closed Loop system that is 400% energy efficient, a solar hot water system and a Navien On-Demand Hot Water Distribution System which is 98% energy efficient.
