Courtyard by Marriott is a four story facility housing 120 luxury suites with upgraded finished selections. This 68,000 square foot facility introduced Dave Jones, Inc. to a new contractor, Rohde Construction, located in Kentwood, MI. As we tackled another large project with approximately 3,800 man hours recorded, this mechanical room brought new challenges to the table. The mechanical room is home to a unique system that includes heating boilers, storage tanks and mixing valves. Completion of the Courtyard by Marriott is planned for November 24, 2011.
