Santa Luncheon

Please join us on Sunday, November 30th, 2025, at Double Days in Cottage Grove for the DJ Santa Luncheon! Meet and take a photo with Mr. & Mrs. Claus, decorate cookies, eat lunch, and create holiday crafts.

SANTA’S RSVP FORM

Join Us in Giving Back at the Santa Lunch!
This year, we’re building on our core value of giving back by adding a special activity to our Santa Lunch event. We’ll have a dedicated station for making cozy tie blankets—no sewing required! Just sit down, tie the fabric together, and help us create something meaningful.

All blankets made during the event will be donated to The Road Home, supporting families in need in our community. We’ll provide all the supplies—you bring the holiday spirit!

We have also partnered with Foundations Health and Wholeness, a foster care agency in Wisconsin. They have many kids and families that would be thankful for gifts during this season. Attached is a spreadsheet of their needs, if you feel inclined to donate an item, we will have a dropbox at the Santa Luncheon, or you can bring in/send items to the office and we will make sure they get to Foundations.

DJ Room Block

DJ has a block of rooms reserved at the Madison Marriott West. For those interested in a room reservation, please call the hotel directly at 608-831-2000 to book or use this link Book a Room, be sure to mention DJ room block to get the reduced rate of $119.00/night. Your total cost for the sleeping room will be $59.50 + tax, with DJ paying the other half.

*Please note that any hotel “no-shows” will be billed at the full nightly rate ($119.00 + tax) to the individual reserving the room. All room reservations must be made before Friday, November 21^th.
